	Situated on Eastbourne's seafront, this friendly, traditional family-run guest house has views of the sea, the beach, the Pavilion Tea Gardens and the Redoubt Fortress Military Museum. The Bay Lodge B&B offers clean and comfortable accommodation. There are 10 rooms, all with en suite facilities with either a bath or a shower. A full English breakfast with fruit and cereal is served each morning and is included in the price. There is a licensed honesty bar with Sky satellite TV and a sun lounge, where guests can relax. There is a private car park at the rear of the building with 6 spaces available for guests use. Parking is also available, free of charge, on the roads at the sides and rear of the property.
